No, I didn't get this sweater in Iceland... I found it on super sale at h&m for $20! I know it does look very similar to the sweaters that you could purchase in Iceland...and yes, you read that right, this crazy Maison Martin Margiela sweater was found at h&m for $20! It was brutally cold for a few days here in Denver and this sweater was my best friend. While it kept me warm I could only think about how I can't believe I scored this for so cheap.

I love this B:Scott sweater! ...And really what's not to love; the stripe down the back, the exaggerated collar and the zipper down both sides. I think that I just need more B:Scott... I also bought the canvas workman pants that I'll post at a later time along with a new set that I'll post on SoundCloud with a dark sinister sound...stay tuned.

PLAGUING THE MASSES/nicholas k elliot pant

I am not one to wear shorts...they are just not for me, as more often than not, some guy is wearing some poorly constructed short that is baggy, ill-fitted, and looks horrible. Plus, I am a former soccer player and I was forced to wear shorts so perhaps in the back of my mind I feel that they serve a purpose; therefore, with me no longer playing soccer there's no need to wear shorts... Enter the Nicholas K Elliot Pant, it's not a short as it is obviously classified as a pant, but how great is it?! Dressed up or down and perfectly fitted these pants are amazing. You want to separate yourself from the epidemic that plagues the masses, these are a necessity!

Confluence Park has to be one of the best areas in Denver. I walk up and down the16th street mall daily and it's easy to forget about some of the cool things Denver has to offer like the Contemporary Art Museum...it's not a modern marvel like the Denver Art Museum and it's placed on the corner of street where you would pass by and not give it a second look except it has a giant bleeding heart sculpture right out front...so, that's a little hard to miss. But, does it make it less attractive than the Denver Art Museum? NO! It's just as amazing! ...and I've never received a free Edun tee at the DAM.

Playing down the suit with a more casual look which worked great for these Royal Elastics sneakers...sure, maybe I bought them to fill the void in my heart for the Givenchy Arctic Padded Sneakers being sold out everywhere in my size but I must say...I really like them!

Do you have something that takes you to another place, like to your own world that you have created? I picture my world like that of the grid in Tron, or even like Blade Runner (I love that movie!). This RAF Simmons piece makes me think of some sci-fi future movie and I am now obsessed with owning more RAF Simons... jackets, shorts, shoes... I need more! I finally understand Amanda's obsession with Marc Jacobs...I too have found mine, that piece that takes me to my own world and makes it is as real as I want it to be.

Who doesn't love a great car...it's interesting to think about what may be important to someone when looking for a car; gas mileage (I don't care..), safety rating (whatever!), all I know is it better be European (sorry, can't help it I grew up in Germany) and it better be a manual. I tried the 'auto' thing and it just doesn't work for me. Autos and I just don't get along.

This shirt is great. I found it at a Zara in Paris. I like the exaggerated cowl neck. There's so much fabric I can pull it over my head like a hoodie. I did and when I saw that I looked like some bald alien there was no hesitation in deleting those pictures. The pants are some old familiars. Can I say I'm tired of these pants? No, because they are just some of my favorites.

Suffering from the affects of jet lag and allergies...waking up in middle of the night I've passed the time drinking wine and marathon episodes of Star Trek Enterprise provided courtesy of an Amazon Prime membership that after the free trial I forgot to cancel. But, I can't complain as I've enjoyed the free 2 day shipping on purchases and now I can access a huge library of movies and shows streamed directly through my PS3 in glorious HD. So, now unable to sleep and feeling the affects of multiple glasses of wine, which is not having the effect I wanted because I just want to sleep; I emerged from my loft to bring these pics that Amanda and I took over the weekend. The jacket is by Jack & Jones which I discovered in Jeans & Co., a store in Geneva, Switzerland. It wasn't until sharing drinks at a great pizzeria overlooking Lake Geneva I realized that I must have it. Amanda and I braved a torrential downpour for me to be able to transact and make this piece mine and now I share it with you.

I bought this amazing Andrea Pomilio jacket from Park and Bond. Here's another piece that uses white bias tape to finish the garment. Not only is the cut and finish absolutely perfect, but how about the cashmere contrast sleeves? This jacket is thin and light, which is the exact opposite of the perfect winter jacket...but, this IS the perfect winter jacket. No bulk and you stay ever so warm! ....Plus it just looks cool!



These pants are from Zara...another great find for a great price. I've always wanted pants like these. I joke about feeling like Mel Gibson in Mad Max when I wear them. All I need now is a 1973 XB GT Ford Falcon Coupe and I'm set.

LOUNGING ABOUT/howe blazer

I really like these lounge pants from H&M. I would actually like to get another pair, maybe in black. Yeah, typical I know, but you can't go wrong with these.

The shirt was a gift from Amanda on her recent trip to Turkey. I usually don't wear a lot of color like this. There's no getting around the RED of this shirt as it's the national flag of Turkey. Have you ever just looked at the design? The placement of the crescent and the star, it's such a great design! I think this shirt really looks great against the muted colors of the Howe blazer, the grey lounge pants and oversized Zara scarf.

This Gucci duffle bag is my travel companion. I can't remember a trip that I've taken where this bag wasn't by my side. Small, compact and the perfect size for a carry on.
